Bending machines SIMA are equipped with a single-phase or three-phase electric drive with a power from 1.5 to 4 kW. They are designed for bending smooth and corrugated reinforcement with a diameter from 16 to 52 mm. Bending is performed by special rods of different diameters (60, 100, 140, 160 and 200 mm), which are installed in the center of the bending mechanism and rotate using a powerful gearbox that transmits energy from the engine. To achieve the required bending angle, the machine is equipped with a protractor. The engine power and the design feature of the machine allow bending up to three rods simultaneously, which gives a significant increase in the speed of work and saves time.
